  1. Well a '58 in front, but a '57 for sure in back. My guess is it had a the front end swapped out a long time ago. what a shame to see her wasting.

  2. I didn't notice the '57 rear on the car when I took the pictures, but wow, that is wierd. I kind of like the two years mushed together. Wonder how it' would look on a '57 Fairlane sedan?

  3. It looked very cool as I recall. The '57 hood didn't have that mock hood scoop like the '58. when I owned my Fairlane (a '57 hard top), so many years ago, I swapped the hood with a '58. Instant cool. Well at least to me. Another thing I liked about the '57 was the single round tail lens. The '58 has the quad tail lens set up which was done to flow with the quad head lights in front, something new for many American makes for that year.
