  1. Boy, nothing sadder then seeing something like this. This Chevy could have been fixed years ago, but like so many the owners prefer to let them rot into the ground instead of selling it to some one who would love to fix it up. Stupid.

    2. I can tell the car pictured is a 1963 Biscayne not a 1964 Biscayne just by looking at it,just fyi Chevrolet completely changed the Biscayne from 1963 to 1964 thonly thing Chevrolet didn't change was the dash
