It's either a '70 or a '71 - the square sidemarkers/reflectors debuted in model year 1970; I think the 14" one-piece wheels began in '71 (prior to that, the breadloaf/bay-window Type 2 still wore the 15" two-piece wheels of the '67 & earlier split-windows).
Ah, let me take back the last part of that previous comment - the 14" wheels started in '68. However, the square markers still identify this as a '70 or '71.
